Great North Run

The Great North Run is a closed-road half marathon through the streets of Newcastle. It's the UK's largest half marathon where you will see the Red Arrows fly overhead as you cross the iconic Tyne Bridge.

• If you got a place in the public ballot, we'd love you to register to run for Maggie's

Running for Maggie's 

We will support you every step of the way and help you cross the finish line. Here is some of the support you will receive:

• a high-performance running vest 
• a visit around your local Maggie's centre
• one of the loudest cheer points on the route cheering you along
• a Facebook group to support your teammates 
• continued support with your training and fundraising.
