Coming to the end of treatment can bring its own challenges. Our six-week course for anyone facing life after cancer. It offers skills and techniques to support you in addressing the physical, emotional and practical issues you might face when your treatment is over. Topics include: emotional wellbeing, returning to work, exercise, healthy eating and staying on track.

Are you experiencing fatigue following a cancer diagnosis? This workshop looks at sleep hygiene and strategies for managing fatigue.

If you have difficulty getting a good quality night's sleep, our sleep workshop can give you the tools to achieve: more sleep, more satisfying and quality sleep, more restorative sleep, and waking up feeling more rested and able to cope with the day, more reliable sleep, and developing more of a sleep pattern, more calmness at night — reducing worries at night time.

Mindfulness is the art of being aware of, and acknowledging, your thoughts and feelings. Our eight-week course will help you develop skills to manage the physical and emotional challenges that cancer brings.

The support group brings together young women below the age of 40 with primary breast cancer. It provides information on treatment options and techniques to improve wellbeing, as well as a chance to talk to others with similar experiences.
