Coming to the end of treatment can bring its own challenges. Our six-week course for anyone facing life after cancer. It offers skills and techniques to support you in addressing the physical, emotional and practical issues you might face when your treatment is over. Topics include: emotional wellbeing, returning to work, exercise, healthy eating and staying on track.

This support group brings together people living with non-curative cancers. It provides information on treatment options and techniques to improve wellbeing, as well as a chance to talk to others with similar experiences.

Are you experiencing fatigue following a cancer diagnosis? This workshop looks at sleep hygiene and strategies for managing fatigue.

This course is for men with prostate cancer and covers practical information on treatment options, the side effects of treatment and what you can do to live well including nutrition and exercise.

A workshop to help with worries about losing your hair, as well as how to buy and wear a wig or headscarf.

This group is an opportunity for any man affected by cancer (either a carer or going through cancer yourself) to meet, share experiences and have peer support in a facilitated space. It is led by a Psychologist and focuses on the emotional impact of cancer.
