Prehabilitation means getting ready for cancer treatment following a cancer diagnosis. Our prehabilitation workshop will help you prepare and to be more physically active and emotionally resilient before treatment, as this can have a significant impact on how you feel after treatment.

This support group brings together people living with non-curative cancers. It provides information on treatment options and techniques to improve wellbeing, as well as a chance to talk to others with similar experiences.

This workshop offers information and support for anyone going through menopause alongside a cancer diagnosis. For some, this may be brought on by specific cancer treatment. The areas covered are: managing hot flushes/night sweats, mood changes, bone health, heart health, sexual health and lifestyle changes.

When you're diagnosed with cancer, you may have questions about what food to eat. Our nutrition workshops are a chance to meet and talk to other people with cancer, discuss healthier options and discover what suits you best.

Exercise and gentle physical activity can give you more energy and help build your confidence to deal with cancer and treatment.

This group brings together people who are supporting someone with cancer. It is a chance to talk and share experiences.
