Are you experiencing fatigue following a cancer diagnosis? This workshop looks at sleep hygiene and strategies for managing fatigue.

This workshop offers information and support for anyone going through menopause alongside a cancer diagnosis. For some, this may be brought on by specific cancer treatment. The areas covered are: managing hot flushes/night sweats, mood changes, bone health, heart health, sexual health and lifestyle changes.

Are you receiving hormone treatment for prostate cancer? This workshop will provide information on potential side effects including hot flushes, mood changes and weight changes, and how to best manage them. It will focus on how you can optimise your health and wellbeing following a diagnosis of prostate cancer.

Our Creative Writing and Expressive Art groups are open to everyone, regardless of skill or experience. Drawing, painting or writing can help you to slow down, relax and process your thoughts, and can be a great way to explore and express your feelings.

If you or someone in your family has a cancer diagnosis, it can be difficult to talk to children about the diagnosis and treatment. We offer a number of activities that can help to support adults with these conversations.

This group is an opportunity for any man affected by cancer (either a carer or going through cancer yourself) to meet, share experiences and have peer support in a facilitated space. It is led by a Psychologist and focuses on the emotional impact of cancer.
